WARRANTY TERMS

As indicated by consumer law, the warranty covers the products only and exclusively for manufacturing defects and "non-conformities" at the time of purchase throughout the entire distribution chain.
All faults, breakages or malfunctions caused by use (even regular use according to instructions) and normal consumption attributable to periodic maintenance of the models and products are therefore excluded.
Electric motors and speed regulators are not covered for failures caused by overheating, burns due to short circuits, prolonged use with wear of components, incorrect ratios and abuse of use not in accordance with what is recommended in the instructions.
In principle, any modeling article can be ruined by the user even in a very short time, for example too lean carburetion, lack of periodic maintenance, use of inappropriate mixtures in internal combustion engines. Or in an electric model, the reckless and repeated use of forward and reverse gears with very heavy acceleration and braking.
A special case are helicopters, which can be destroyed even without necessarily starting the flight, already on the ground, with disastrous consequences for electronics and mechanics. And again rechargeable batteries, which can be damaged even on the first charge, and on which there is no form of guarantee once they are used, even just once. The fact of using them even just once means that the battery works and is free from manufacturing defects, and being a very simple object, it cannot have hidden defects that manifest themselves later. Therefore used batteries cannot be subject to warranty claims.
The right of withdrawal from the purchase is valid only if the product is still new and packaged in its original packaging, complete with all its accessories, and is claimed within 8 days of delivery. The used product cannot be replaced with a new one. Repairs under warranty are carried out only after verifying that the model actually had a manufacturing defect and in any case always upon presentation of the retailer's receipt.
The warranty does not include damage and failures due to shocks, humidity, excessive heat, inappropriate use of the model, or normal wear and tear of the components due to the correct use of the model itself over time, attributable to normal maintenance and repair operations. For flying models, any damage sustained during the flight, of any kind, is obviously excluded.
For any problem, we recommend that you first contact the retailer from whom you made the purchase, who will certainly be able to advise you on what to do and will also try to resolve the problem, if not attributable to warranty assistance, as quickly as possible with a possible cost. If you bought directly to us then send us the request. Any request for assistance must be accompanied by the retailer's receipt, proving the date of purchase, and the models must reach us in their completeness, with radio control, batteries, charger and all accessories and documents originally contained in the package.
All requests for assistance not included in the warranty are subject to the invoicing of any necessary spare parts and artisan labor calculated at current costs.
For our part, we are also committed to trying to resolve all problems in the best way and as quickly as possible. However, we count on understanding, education and respect for the rules on the part of consumers and retailers, who not only have rights, but also very specific duties.
